Resale Certificates
When property is sold, a Resale Certificate is required in accordance with The Alaska Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act, AS 34.08.
The association, within 10 days after a written request, shall furnish a Resale Certificate containing the necessary information, in accordance with The Alaska Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act, AS 34.08. The fee for the Resale Certificates is $250.00.
The Association will try to accommodate “Rush” requests with an additional fee of $100, making the transfer fee $350. The Association will not be held liable for missed deadlines on “Rush” requests.

Our property manager will check to see if any Home owner dues are pending and contact you when the certificate is ready.
